  I’ve always bought their shoes online but this time I was at the mall and decided to stop in and try some shoes on.  I’ve never had any issues with the shoes themselves so I’ve been happy with the experiences.  But the customer service was so frustrating in the store I have vowed to only shop online from here on out.
